The Workflow

Each month, ZRRs publish curated IST time slots across weekdays and weekends for clubs to schedule their dedicated dialogue.
Presidents and Secretaries review slot availability and request their club's preferred time. A single active booking per cycle ensures equitable zonal access.
Confirmed sessions automatically generate Google Calendar invites and secure Google Meet spaces for club leaders and both ZRRs.
Smart notes summarizing key discussions, decisions, and next steps are reviewed by ZRRs and published privately to the club's portal dashboard.

Both the Club President and Club Secretary are invited and have equal booking and cancellation rights. The session is designed for core leadership dialogue with both ZRRs.
MathuKathe is a recurring monthly initiative throughout Rotary Year 2026–27. Each open monthly cycle allows one dedicated booking per club.
You may cancel a pending booking request directly from the club portal. If a booking is cancelled or declined, your club can immediately choose another available slot while the monthly cycle remains open.
No. All dialogue and resulting meeting notes are completely private. Only verified club officers and the ZRRs have access to the published notes in your private portal.
